Smyrna PD detectives are seeking your help with a burglary investigation.

Smyrna Police detectives are investigating a burglary that occurred at 99 S. Cory Lane, The Smyrna Diner, on July 25 at approximately 0300 hours. SPD detectives are requesting the public's assistance with any information in regards to the attached photographs of the observed suspect inside the business or a vehicle in question, observed on the property before the incident. The suspect vehicle is believed to be a newer model Infiniti, Mercedes, or Nissan SUV, black in color.
